The have POW on their own, but take on an extra dimension when you shine the Neon Finder Uv light ! You can use the ‘White Sands’ pigment to create invisible ink, only visible when a UV light is used. Imagine layering secret messages into your art!
The 11 WMC ( Weapons of Mass Creation!) powder pigments can be mixed to create water-colour pans and inks, as well as combined with acrylic mediums to make neon tints!
- 10 x neon colours
- 1 x white that can be used as an invisible ink on white paper!
