“Life Book, a celebration and honouring of YOU” is a year-long mixed media art class organised by Willowing Arts.

There are 31 incredible art teachers (including moi) who each create a mini lesson to share an art technique with you. There is usually at least one offering every week.
Teachers include a variety of artists-who-teach who are a mix of familiar names and new-to-you people to discover. There are also wellness guides who focus on personal development practices and other art disciplines, like art doll making, basket weaving and sacred bowl making.

My lesson revolves around limited art supplies, and I filmed it before I had my own collection, so it’s a step back in time for me, but a good lesson all the same!

Life Book is themed around self-development and healing, you’ll be creating several loose mixed media art journal pages per month which by the end of the year you will bind into a glorious journal (a Life Book)! You will have a wonderful keepsake. You will also be introduced to yoga, aromatherapy, mindfulness and other wellness exercises to help support your personal development journey more holistically.

Life Book  is all about making you and the world happier, which is why I am a part of it. Through creating art, through creating a deeper understanding of ourselves, through connecting with each other. It’s all there, in one big affordable package! It has served thousands of people from all over the world over the past 7 years.
