Its the last day of the Royal Show today – its bucketing down! So a rainy end to a fun two weeks. I saw more of the Show this time around than all of the past 6 years combined!
Our wonderful friends Dave and Donna volunteered to look after the pop-up store and Angus and I actually wandered around the show for hours… even screamed my head off on a roller-coaster!
My Mum and Dad got out here and we had many laughs in the Poultry Pavillion amongst the 1000 weird and wonderful chooks, geese and turkeys.
And the highlight was my Nephews and Niece giving me the greatest excuse to fly down giant slides, tumble around in Sponge Bob’s Funhouse and pat loads of animals. They even helped me with one of my stage presentations and played shopkeepers – with real customers! Soph declared she wanted stay and work with me FOREVER!
And speckled in amongst all the fun and games that make this the ‘Greatest Show on Earth’, I have been madly preparing the classroom for Joynal. The fairies are gathering en-masse back at my Byron Bay Studio…and I commence filming as soon as I get back. I can’t wait!!!
I have so many ideas….
