Eyes of the Soul by Tonja Sell – Part 1 & 2

I LOVE experimenting with new materials and using them in non-traditional ways!  Scrapbooking and journaling aren’t a part of my normal routine.  I am a mixed media studio painter, so many of the materials in this line are foreign to me.  What a TREAT!  Exploring uncharted territory is a joy and a delightful challenge!

In this little 4 part mini-demonstration series called “Eyes of the Soul,”  I experiment with several of Jane’s great new products!  Included are Washi Tape, the Paper Pad, Paint over Pens, the Light Portrait Acrylic set, Matte Medi-Yum! & Gess-oh! on a black canvas panel board.

The only products not from Jane Davenport Mixed Media are the board and a small amount of black & alizarine acrylic paint.

I am fascinated with the steampunk phenomenon.  I imagine this lovely lady may be as well!

I am LOVING these fun materials and look forward to sharing my colorful journey with you. Part 3 and 4 of this series will be along on tomorrow’s post.
If you join in make sure to hashtag #janedavenportmixedmedia so we can all see your artwork.
