I have a workshop at ‘The Nest’ today…a terrific group of awesome peeps. I am treating everyone to a Yoga session before class tomorrow morning – how cool is that? We can stretch our bodies before stretching artistic boundaries. I started yoga 4 months ago and the difference it has made to my life is quite beautiful.
